We have an exciting opportunity to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter supporting our Lovelace Division.

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for the day-to-day metric outcomes/results and service levels for assigned talent acquisition service lines and or searches for the Lovelace market. This position works with hiring managers to ensure quality candidate submission in a timely fashion that supports department objectives. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter demonstrates expertise and judgment in the development, planning and execution of recruitment strategies to insure quality candidate submissions.

Examples of Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to best practice processes, workflow, and guidelines for recruiting coordination and collaboration across all geographies and business units.
  • Adheres to metrics and benchmarks for recruiting performance and forecasted growth at the business-unit recruiter level.
  • Researches, identifies, and implements the most appropriate and cost effective/competitive recruiting approach to searches. Responsible for updates for the Recruitment Management System.
  • Coordinates and/or provides recruitment training and development.
  • Proactively develops candidate pools to fill Lovelace market and ad hoc hard-to-fill positions.
  • Develops relationships and attends hiring events as needed.
  • Keeps applicant tracking system updated and up to date.


  • Knowledge of compliance of recruiting standards and practices for team members including but not limited to EEO, OFCCP, job postings, etc.
  • Ability to recruit healthcare professionals at various levels as needed by the business units.
  • Ability to develop and execute recruiting plans.
  • Ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple-concurrent candidates.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of human resources experience with emphasis on talent acquisition is required.
  • 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience is required.
  • Experience recruiting clinical and management positions in healthcare.
  • SHRM PHR or SPHR is preferred.
