We have an exciting opportunity for a ImageNow Application Analyst to join our information technology team focused on Lawson Financial Systems.

The overall responsibility of the ImageNow Application Analyst is to provide functional support, design, instruction, oversight and guidance of the financial applications to enable the achievement of success in the Ardent business operation. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: developing system strategies with management and other stakeholders, conducting business needs analyses, identifying and mitigating project risks, supporting the applications users and assisting in the implementation of financial application projects.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ImageNow/Perceptive Content Analyst provides advanced system-level support of multi-user financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and end user support of the applications software. This position requires advanced knowledge of systems analysis and in-depth knowledge of project management concepts and methodology.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to communicate and negotiate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.  The analyst will require the ability to work well in a team environment by accepting and offering constructive feedback, supporting team goals, and encouraging other team members.  Ability to multi-task, complete assigned tasks independently with little to no guidance with close attention to detail is crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Experience administering the Perceptive Content/ImageNow Application.
  • Conduct Business Analysis to develop technical solutions to define, analyze and document requirements of Business Stakeholders to facilitate and streamline solutions within their process.
  • Ability to gather, translate and communicate business requirements into technical solutions for application implementation, and offer best practices or recommended solutions.
  • Ability to establish project goals, milestones, and procedures and manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.
  • The Analyst will work closely with project leaders on all aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines.
  • Lead discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders to determine requirements pertaining to departmental processes.
  • Present documentation on solution requirements to key customer stakeholders for validation and approval.
  • Implement solutions based on the documented requirements from key stakeholders.
  • Create training documentation for new project builds.
  • Conduct training of customer users and of customer appointed software system administrators.
  • Support customer-testing initiatives; troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
  • Responsible for performing a detailed check of the databases, data records, reports, technical workflows and other software related functionalities of the products developed.
  • Responsible for upgrading the software to the newest version. This includes test use cases of the new system in its test environment to ensure scripts, directories/file shares, workflows, printers, e-forms, task schedules, reports, agents, etc. all function as they should prior to go live.
  • Create custom reports using IBM Cognos.
  • Develop Complex SQL Queries to research, analyze and troubleshoot data and to create business reports.
  • Identify and document best practices and challenges with configuring workflow solutions.
  • Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
  • Systems Analyst role working autonomously to design, modify and evaluate the system to determine the technical and operational feasibility of the solutions in place.
  • Create Custom Forms for use in technical workflows using XSL, XML, HTML and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Perceptive Content processes with Lawson V10.
  • Lawson configuration on accounts payable application.
  • Troubleshoot EDI 810 file failures.
  • Basic desktop experience helpful.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent business experience in related field, such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science

Experience

  • Experience with Perceptive Content or ImageNow.
  • Significant experience with configuring, designing and deploying software in the context of a project
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
  • Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
  • Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
  • Healthcare experience a plus but not required
  • OnBase experience a plus but not required
